Falls Lake Academy Arts Booster Club
We have an awesome and expansive Arts program here at FLA, but to get the most from it, we need to raise money to support those classes. Among other things, dance needs to buy costumes, theatre needs to buy the rights to shows, and visual art needs supplies. To help us raise those much needed funds and further build our vibrant arts community, Falls Lake Academy Arts Booster Club works towards helping provide the needed resources. We need help organizing and running events, as well as coming up with new ideas that will allow us to grow. If you want to cut us a check, we’ll be more than happy to take that donation, but what we REALLY need is a little of your time and active support. We meet once a month as well as supporting the events our Arts program hosts throughout the year.

Athletics - FLA Flight Crew Booster Club

The Athletic Booster Club's goal is to support all FLA athletic programs by promoting funding for areas not fully covered by the school. The areas we focus on are uniforms, field rentals, coaches' stipends, officials and miscellaneous equipment. The Booster Club works diligently with school administration and the Athletic Director as well as the many parent volunteers. By supporting the athletic program financially, we strive to allow our student athletes the best experience possible here at Falls Lake Academy Charter School.
Band
The FLA Band Boosters is a voluntary group whose purpose is to promote the musical education, development, character, and growth of the students at FLA through musical activities. The Boosters engage in fundraising efforts to assist in providing items and experiences to the band programs at FLA and assist and support the Band Director, Band, and school in furthering the FLA music program objectives.
The Band Boosters run several fundraising events during the year including flower sales in the fall, winter, and spring, cookie dough sale in the fall, and donation drives virtually and at all in-person musical events. The Band Boosters fundraising efforts have allowed for the purchase of numerous specialty instruments (including the tuba, baritone saxophone, marimba, and xylophone), repairs of student loaner instruments, and additional music for the band. Funding from the Boosters is also used for student performances (such including the MPAs and Kings Dominion) and to help fund Tri-M Music Honor Society.
The Boosters meets the first Thursday of every month -currently virtually- and are always open to new members and participation in ANY way.
